Karen Frydman is a French-Norwegian actress, born in Paris. After studying at the American school Active Bilingue, she trained as an actress at Acting International and the Laboratoire de l’Acteur. She then deepened her craft by studying the Lee Strasberg Method at LAPA Paris. Since then, she has been working steadily in fiction projects.

In 2021, she followed her creative instincts and stepped behind the camera to write and direct her first short film, Le Dernier Soir, in which she also played the lead role of Olivia. She continued this journey by creating and starring in her web series Crues.

Fluent in French, English, and Norwegian, she naturally gravitates toward international projects.
